As Repair shop owner in Jamaica Queens NY this worries me. Because trust is hard to gain in the big city to begin with. once you have it people spread your word. I don’t see how people can do this to people. What they don’t realize is that they are killing the trust of the people they are suppose to embrace. The client is your life line why would you mess with their cars life line. This would never happen at my shop money is good but it’s not worth the clients trust or their lives. To say you are changing the brakes on a car and not doing it or selling it when it’s not needed is just dead wrong.
